ARTIST PROFILES

Anyone can apply to submit artwork. Applicants will be required to submit 5 examples of artwork.

If approved, artists can create a profile and submit artwork to TROVE™ exhibitions.

Artists will customize their profile by a “fill in the blank” format based on prompts. Artists are encouraged to share their unique attributes.  All information submitted is subject to review prior to publishing.

Participating artists must create a profile, however artists can personalize what  information is shared.

Artists are encouraged to provide their websites and Art-Related Social Media Handles. This allows for audience members to follow and support the Artist.

You can share your profile by selecting the “share” button at the bottom of your TROVE™ profile page.

No. Only names, Artist descriptions, and desired social media handles will be shared.

CREATING & SUBMITTING ARTWORK

Artists will be notified of the next gallery opening one month before the voting process begins.

Artists can upload artwork until 24 hours before the voting period closes. Keep in mind that the sooner artwork is submitted the better chance it has at receiving votes. 

We recommend uploading artwork before the month long voting period starts.

There’s always next month!

Every month you will have the opportunity to submit for the next exhibition.

Yes, of course.  Once Trove has reproduced your artwork, the prints will be returned to you so each will bear an original signature.  Once signed, you simply return the prints to Trove in the same packaging, using the provided return label.

Each Exhibition offers a unique theme and set of requirements/suggestions pertaining to the Exhibition. 

All artwork is expected to be two-dimensional.

If your artwork has been accepted into the gallery and are unable to participate, please contact us here to withdraw.

No. We will take care of producing high-quality reproductions, sales management, and customers on behalf of the Artists.

Artists are responsible for creating, uploading, and shipping their original artwork to Trove.

Titles are meant to be a statement to define and introduce a piece. Artists will determine titles for their own artwork.

SHIPPING ARTWORK

Original artwork must be sent to TROVE in order to be:

1. Professionally photographed for web and print.

2. Preserved for sake keeping and potential future gallery exhibitions.

The protection of your artwork is of value and importance. 

We recommend artists confer with their local UPS or Fed Ex shipping center on the best way to package and insure their original artwork.

Prices will vary and are to be determined by your local carrier and method of shipment.

Trove will notify you by email once your piece has been received.  If you’ve chosen tracking services with your shipment, the carrier will notify you of delivery, as well.
